ALL Ladies League (ALL) is a global sisterhood network promoting solidarity and “She-for-She” support. Vinay Rai is a multifaceted individual — a visionary, entrepreneur, pioneer, author, industrialist, and philanthropist. A deep thinker and spiritual seeker, he constantly explores a deeper connection with his inner self. As a radical reformer, he is a relentless entrepreneur with a profound ethic of service and societal contribution.
He is the Founder of The Denim Club of He-for-She Champions, a global initiative to galvanize male allies in support of women’s platforms for gender equality and empowerment.
An alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Vinay graduated in the Classes of 70 and 72 with a bachelor’s and master’s degree respectively. He was also a cross-transfer student at Harvard Business School (HBS). His academic brilliance earned him membership in the prestigious honorary engineering societies Eta Kappa Nu and Sigma Xi. Additionally, he holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Delhi.

The Zero Hunger Mission:
On his 75th birthday in 2024, Vinay Rai launched the Zero Hunger Mission, with an ambitious goal to provide nutritious free meals daily to 3 billion people. He envisions inspiring one million individuals to join this cause in their own names. His family foundation aims to serve one million meals in the coming years.
To support this mission, he established artistic residencies where artists can stay across India in exchange for their artworks (paintings or sculptures). These are auctioned by AMOHA art galleries, with proceeds going towards the mission.
